Tuesday & Thursday mornings. Doors open at 7:30am; Class starts at 7:45am |

Typical Calendar of Events
Families will be notified of exact dates in early September when the school calendar is released to staff, festival dates are officially announced, and school assemblies are confirmed. Additional dates may be added as events/opportunities come up during the school year.
September - Launch Night - Intro band first lessons
October - Choir Spooktacular Caroling in the school community
- SD23 Middle School Choir Retreat at Green Bay
- Halloween Concert - Intro & Inter Band only
November - Intermediate Band & Choir perform at school Remembrance Day assembly
- Beginning Band Bootcamp with RSS Students
December - Choir Christmas Caroling in the community/RMS
- Intermediate Band Christmas Caroling in the community/RMS
February - Okanagan Symphony Middle School Band Clinic and Open Dress Rehearsal
- Joint RSS & RMS Winter Concert @ RSS - Intro Band, Inter Band & Choir perform
- Penticton Concert Band Festival - Intermediate Band
March - RMS Talent Show
April - BC Interior Jazz Festival & Jazz Artist Showcase
- Windscapes Choral Festival or BC Interior Jazz Festival Combo Choir
- Windscapes Concert Band Festival - Intermediate Band & Possibly Intro Band
May - Possible Marching Band @ May Day's Parade - both bands perform, choir members hand out candy during parade.
May/June - Elementary School Tours - Intermediate Concert Band & Choir
June - End of year RMS Music Concert - Intro Band, Inter Band & Choir perform
